sjin is super un-used to human customs especially when it comes to affection/flirting and all that so their concept of affection is ‘literally any skin on skin or body contact like even a finger touch or summ’. my hc sips is more physically affectionate than verbally so he does small things like hand holding and shit and it just sends sjin into an absolute vortex of “HUH” and its really funny.

In addition to alien kiddos, ive been really considering adding tails onto both of em just as a side thing when i want to. i do like the whole minimalist thing with the two of them where its just the ears, but i’d like to have versions of them with tails. so xeph has this lil lion-esc tail that’s thin like a noodle, and sjin has a gecko tail since i imagine they’d be more lizard-esc than feline. : )

i just fucking adore the red matter bomb episode when you think about it in-universe.

sips and sjin do dumb shit all the time, so like, nobody thinks much of it at first? it’s fine, they’re probably just messing up machinery or something, it’s not their problem. and then next thing they know ridgedog, actual demigod, is like “YOOO. WHAT THE FUCK. THIS IS BAD. THIS WILL EAT THE WORLD.” and has to call in these chucklefucks and give them god powers because RIDGEDOG, ACTUAL DEMIGOD, CANT STOP THE EXPLOSION. ridge, xephos and lalna are panicking trying to figure out how to stop the end of the world. honeydew is sheep farming. sips and sjin, lowly mortals, sit by and watch everything crumble. and in the aftermath of it all, with xephos and lalna returning to their base, exhausted, their excuse is that they needed a little copper. do you know how INSANE they must have gone. two idiots accidentally almost end the world and somehow nobody is surprised because of course it was them. the comedy.
