Haven't seen the news on tumblr yet

But the az paper (the republic) mentioned in passing about a retrial for a Florida woman who was arrested for firing warning shots at her abusive husband. They say they've withdrawn her from prison and placed her on house arrest. I'm on mobile so can't source it- but keeping my fingers crossed that this may infact be a retrial for Marrisa Alexander.
