Well, This was Fun? I Guess
Glimmer read like an episode of the Supernatural TV show but instead of focusing on the "saviours" point of view, you're watching through the "victims" eyes. I did not find myself having a lot of complains but I did not necessarily love the book too. Really, this was an okay read, a book that if you never picked up, you would not miss a single thing in life. However, even if you've picked it up, it does not change anything in life as well.
The plot is actually interesting but considering the length of the book, not much development was done. Characters were nothing special although it was fun reading about them. The plot twist was extremely predictable and the final confrontation between the good and evil was underwhelming to say the least. Thankfully, Kitanidis's writing style was not horrific so I had no problem flying through the book.
