Indulge in the rich and chocolaty goodness of these fluffy chocolate pancakes topped with a warm marshmallow sauce. Perfect for a special breakfast treat!
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 2 tablespoons cocoa powder. 2 tablespoons sugar. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 cup buttermilk. 1 egg. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted. 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips. 1 cup marshmallows.
Instructions: In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, mix buttermilk, egg, and melted butter. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in mini chocolate chips. Heat a griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease with butter or cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown. While pancakes cook, melt marshmallows in a microwave-safe bowl for about 20-30 seconds until gooey. Serve pancakes with a drizzle of marshmallow sauce on top.
