i’d like to think that packing grace’s bag was a joint effort between stratt and carl. stratt gives him a list and some items that she knows definitely need to be with him and she trusts carl to handle the rest, packing anything she didn’t think of, anything she doesn’t have time to think of. she knows that aside from herself he’s the only qualified person for the job—after all, he loves grace just as much as she does, and she knows he’ll make sure he’s taken care of.
