Daniel has been cursed a lot, during his career.

Thankfully, the curses mostly come from overzealous fans, people that generally mean well, that just want to meet him and ask him to fulfil one of their dreams.

None of the curses have been as ridiculous as this one, though.

Daniel whines, head buried between his paws. Max, the asshole, keeps laughing until he's out of breath, barely able to keep himself upright.

Daniel grunts, nipping at Max’s clothed thigh. The blonde just chuckles, unbothered, and keeps petting Daniel like he'd do to one of his cats. Daniel yawns, exhaustion catching up to him. He always gets tired after getting cursed, the foreign magic messing up with his own and completely draining him, leaving him stuck with the curse until he can get a hold of Seb or Lewis.

"Shh, it's okay, Daniel, I know you're tired," Max’s voice barely registers in his brain, muffled. "You can nap, I'll watch over you."

Daniel curls up a bit more, making himself comfortable in his boyfriend’s lap and allowing sleep to claim him.

Maybe it's not so bad, to be turned into a dog, if Max's going to take care of him.
