Change Your Environment - Mårten Claesson
In this short and interesting video Mårten Claesson of CKR sums up the value of travel and changing your environment and the impact this has on inspiration. He quickly sums up the key value that I've found in working and living abroad and the impact that can have on inspiration.
He also talks about a brilliant idea when it comes to employees. He strongly promotes time to travel and even 'temporarily sending your employees abroad to work as interns in other agencies'. This is not only a great idea but really shows how some companies see the difference between an employee as a 'partner' rather than replaceable.
