I’ve been looking at company’s lately for potential work and I have to say representation really does matter. Seeing campaigns with mixed castings etc can really make you feel more comfortable BUT after the recent H&M debacle I genuinely think a MORE mixed prospective behind the scenes couldn’t hurt …that doesn’t just mean “ask the token POC in the office whether this is ok” it’s the start to a conversion and hopefully a greater collective understanding. - Also I’ve noticed job listings favouring people with calligraphy skills so… I’ve been working on my handwriting 💅🙃 💅🙃
