Märtha: I just think it’s so nice that we still get together after all these years. Staying in touch, sharing each others lives. Monika: Yes, since I was born when you were about to move out, Viktoria, this really means much to me. Viktoria: Same. And look at us! Monika with grown children, you Märtha with grandchildren and I even have great-grandchildren now!
So Yumiko and Hanna often invite their friends over to the house. This is appreciated by everyone - including Hanna since this connects her to the familty of her children’s father.
Hanna and Yumiko has decided to start prioritizing their friends and acquaintances a bit more. they try to gather the other ladies and meet up at the nearest bar.

Susanne: Because you rasied us and dressed us, silly mum!
Monica: Well, who doesn’t want to get maried to a handsome, well-educated man? Hmm? Susanne: Ugh, boys are boring.
Märtha often comes by to visit her sister. She also heads by Carl on her way home, as he lives not too far away. Today, she brought her youngest, Monica, with her.
Monica loves visiting her rich aunt and her cool cousins. Home at the farm they still live with Märtha, Carl and Viktoria’s youngest siblings; Monika and Martin.
Monica wishes she could live more like this. Monica is a perfectionist, and the farm is just too messy and crammed for her taste. Auntie Viktoria lives so much neater!
Matteus: Hi li’l cousin! You wanna run around in this crazy big house? Susanne: Ofc! Daniel: Yeah, the little red house is a bit crammed right now...

Märtha: Susanne is being so sweet - right now she wants to copy me in everything and she’s a great help with the harvest and helps me look after her baby sister. But I think it’s healthy for her to come here too and get away from it sometimes.
