(It is a reference to the two hostage situations that occured today with the integrists that killed the Charlie Hebdo staff on Wednesday and a policewoman yesterday. The GIGN is the trained elite corps of officers that deals with that kind of situation. Martin Vidberg is a cartoonist that deals with the news).
