Natasha has an unsettled daemon named Anatoly.
In this AU, most if not all of the widows are severed to some degree or have their bonds stretched incredibly far. However, only a few were able to prevent their daemon from ever settling, leaving endless possibilities for undercover work and infiltration (For example, "Natalie Rushman" had a swan daemon). Natasha was one of these few.
Most of the time, Anatoly keeps the shape of a red fox. It fits people's expectations of her, and they're both rather fond of the form. Her daemon's ability to shift is a secret known to the avengers, her sister, and the red room.
I would think Anatoly allowed himself to shift a lot over the course of the Black Widow movie, because she didn't have to keep the secret to Yelena (who may or may not share this ability, im still deciding).
Forms pictured here are a ring-necked snake, mute swan, domestic cat, and red fox. Yelena's daemon, Nikolai, is a corsac fox.

anyways bucky's daemon is now named josephine instead of roxanne because i couldn't stop thinking about roxanne wolf whenever i saw it HELP
also, alpine is a normal cat he took in after catws to pass off as his daemon while on the run. He was separated from josie bc of HYDRA, and only found her some time before cacw
Bucky Barnes and Josephine - Eastern grey wolf (Canis lupus lycaon)
Josephine is a French name meaning “God will increase.” Ironically, this is one of the names I put the least effort into choosing, and it’s a relatively common name, but I suppose parents who would name their kid “James” would name their daemon something similarly basic.
Josie is an eastern grey wolf (a subspecies of the grey wolf) because they’re social, playful, protective and intelligent animals. (Totally not because I wanted him to end up with a white wolf)
Although far in the future he’s a chronic introvert, the Bucky Barnes of the 1900s was a charming, skilled, social animal who was always surrounded by people, whether it be Steve, the girls, or soldiers during his time serving. Josie likely settled in the middle of the Great Depression, a time when Bucky needed to be strong for his family and Steve, so his resilience and care for others definitely show in her form.
Josephine was a highly affectionate daemon, always tussling with the daemons of Bucky’s siblings and curling up with Saoirse (Steve’s daemon) to share warmth on cold nights, or when Steve was sick and needed comfort. Josie and Bucky were also very close, and she never strayed too far from him unless she had to. The two were completely in sync, always talking to each other out loud whenever they got the privacy, or in their heads when they didn’t.
In Azzano, Josephine was kept in a cage at the furthest reaches of their bond, constantly straining them and putting them both in pain, almost more so than the experimentation Bucky went through. It was the first time Josephine had been touched by another, and the first time Bucky had ever feared that he might be separated from his daemon, when he first caught a glimpse of the silver guillotine in Zola’s lab. He doesn’t tell Steve what he saw there, tries not to even think about it.
Josie jumps after him when he falls from the train in the Swiss Alps for fear of being separated by the distance. She realizes her efforts are in vain when HYDRA threatens to cut them apart anyways. Though, by the time Josie is torn away from the asset, some years later, he can hardly even remember her name.
