Well hey there!

Hello everyone and welcome to Seshat's Domain! Y'all can call me Sessi and it's so nice to meet everyone. After a year of pandemics and rediscovering old hobbies, I find myself back on Tumblr and back to reading fanfiction. Specifically, Marvel ( and sometimes The Mandolorian?) fanfiction. I've really been enjoying what I've been reading and I wanted to have a space to share the fabulous fics I've been reading!

With that being said, I am a Black woman so the majority of fics I read are black!reader or Black OC. Or they contain no reader descriptions and are not white-coded. So this is a Black centered fic library where we can all enjoy wonderful works by wonderful writers. If you are not ok with that *kindly* move along.

A few housekeeping things; this is an 18+ blog, which means that minors need to move along. For real, I'm not about to play with y'all. Move it along, babies. I'm grown and the authors whose work I reblog are grown, moreover, all of these authors set rules that need to be respected by the people who interact with these fics.

That brings me to my next point. I, nor the authors whose work I reblog are responsible for the content that you consume. I will do my due diligence by making sure that the fics I recommend are tagged properly. Your job is to make sure that the media you consume is appropriate for you. If it is gonna trigger you, just scroll past. No need for any comment.

I am also a writer...so the time may come when I get up the gumption to release my own work... just a heads up.
