Marvel version of The Authority

Okay so, I've thought about this before on like other forums, but I'm writing something and I had this idea for a Wildstorm like Marvel Earth, with it's own Authority. For those who don't know, The Authority was a superhero team that was more, uh hard line than the Avengers or Justice League. They blew up the island of a dictator by crushing it with their ship. Made by Warren Ellis, they were a group who had the tag line of question Authority and kinda had golden age comic morality through a modernized lens. Stormwatch from the New 52 has a few characters from the title (Midnighter, Apollo, Jenny Q, Engineer and Jack Hawksmoor) but a more PG feel. No one is getting their head punted off their shoulders all willy nilly. The ideas of who I would have in this Marvelized Authority are: Leader-Ororo Munroe-Similar power set to Jenny Sparks, leadership experience, Mohawk look cause why not? Flying brick-T.H.O.R or Thermodynamic Humanoid Organzer of Radiation (acronym words prone to change)-made on AIM Island by Monica Rapaccini through the O.D.I.N (omniscient Dimensional Idol Neutralizer), THOR was created in ASGARD (Altered Space of Godlike Automatons in Reclusive Dimension) and gifted with superhuman physical capabilities and the power to control thunder through his artificial hammer Mjolnir that is triggered to only his genetic structure. Brother to Logistics Organism with Killing Intent Doctor-Nico Minoru, inheriting the title of Earth's shaman from Stephen Strange who inherited it from The Ancient One. She got all the vestments The Urbanite-Peter Parker was abducted and experimented on by aliens as a teenager, becoming the ultimate city dweller. Sneaker like feet and hands, can crawl/run on walls, speak to buildings and control them along with enhanced strength and agility. Finds it hard to survive outside of cities to the point of sickness. The Engineer-Tony Stark in an extremis type of nanoweave mesh or something Midnighter comparison is the toughest though, but Swift? Swift well I got quicksilver But would Nico or Wanda be a better Doctor?
