"I started doing nails in school. Like, for my friends and shit. I can't believe some of them let me do that to them." She laughs awkwardly...then realized how this must sound. She hurries to correct herself.

"I've gotten much better. Your tips are pretty straightforward, anyways, and I'm giving you that friends and family discount." Gluing gems onto tips just requires a steady hand and an eye for spacing, as far as she's concerned.

"Anyways, here's what I've got for the left hand. They'll obviously get filed down, but - all good?"
