Thoughts : Nails did not hold Jesus to the cross. Love did.
Prayer : Heavenly Father, I stand dumbfounded to realise the depth of Your love for me and remain stunned at the amazing love of Christ for me and for the fallen race of sinful man - that Christ laid aside His heavenly glory and was made sin for me so that by grace through faith in Him I might have life. I pray that His love might flow through me so that I too may be willing to lay down my life for others - to Your praise and glory, AMEN.

Prayer: Dear Lord, I am grateful to know that no matter where I am or what is going on, you will continue to hear my prayer. When I am overwhelmed, help me Lord to find my Refuge in your strength. Amen.
