#mytvhero #supergirl #marysimpressions As some of you may have seen I’ve just started watching supergirl and I started thinking about which character has drawn me in more than any other- and it’s not the lead. It’s actually a character I didn’t think I was going to like but has turned into the number one reason that keeps me watching. So I wanted to share with you all exactly why Cat Grant (from the tv show Supergirl) is so amazing to me 1- She’s strong and not afraid to show it. Her comebacks are some of the best I’ve ever seen and I defy anyone would try and cross her 2- She has a soft side. She pretends she doesn’t but she has a strong maternal instinct and us fiercely loyal to those close to her 3- She has worked for everything she got. And she has ALOT 4- She inspires people without even knowing what she’s doing, so much so that even through a TV screen you find yourself thinking ‘wow’ 5- She can be offensive and rude but she’s so honest that you can’t even be mad at her 6- She is a great mother to Carter even though she has a horrible relationship with her own mother 7- And last but not least because Calista Flockhart is one of those rare actresses who can convey so much emotion into a single look and make people see all of the hurt and pain that has driven her to be so successful I know that when life gets me down this fictional character is the one I will turn to and channel my ‘inner cat’ As I know she will see me through.
