NEW MASC CLOTHES HAUL

No one cares but these past 2 days I got my first few masculine shirts while shopping with my mom. Today we were out shopping with my nephews whom I’m very close with, they’re practically my brothers, and I told one of them I wanted to buy boys, not girls clothes. He didn’t question it at all and instead was very accepting of it very fast and gladly offered to look in the men’s section with me while my other nephew and mom went in the boys section on another floor. It felt so good to be able to openly shop for what I wanted with someone who cared and it made me feel so comfortable. My mom and other nephew eventually met back with us after about 10 minutes of looking and I had found a simple button up shirt I really liked that fit me, and when I showed my mom she literally started to tear up and ridiculed me for wanting another boys shirt. I tried to brush it off by saying that it was just a shirt I saw and liked, and that clothing is just clothing and doesn’t define a person, but of course she had to overreact in front of my nephews and made all of us super uncomfortable and I felt like I was gonna breakdown in the middle of the store (I didn’t though thank god). I don’t understand why she has to make everything so complicated and hard and be so unaccepting of something I haven’t even told her yet. I just want to be comfortable with myself dammit, and she’s no help at all, if anything she only makes me feel 10 times worse
