Same here~ We have workshops and stuff but the professors dont teach us much they come to class we discuss some techniques, share experiences, they give us homework say what they expect us to bring back next week.. They say we must learn by ourselves They completely skip the basics and the techniques they teach us are far too advanced for what we know and when we come back with the project assigned it turns out we did it wrong. And they get upset and our grades suffer~ *sigh*

ahh that sounds equally as bad, i wonder if theres actually a decent place that teaches art adequately at least, probably those fancy american art schools tbh but eh who has money for those. I think we have like 3 workshops per project? and a project lasts like 8 weeks lmao so thats not much. but yeah it’s pretty much the same, then we get 10 minutes to talk to our tutor and my tutor is half baked tbh she barely says anything and asks you what you think like hello? i’m coming to you for that reason how am i supposed to helpfully critic my own work
