Yes, in the middle of the CDC warning us about not getting lax in our containment of COVID, Bob Jones University made the genius move to lift the mask requirement on March 1, 2021. It's not like they had been doing so well with enforcing this rule. At a place where the wrong kind of shoes or a lower-than-four-fingers blouse can get you demerits, they've been pretty lax about this necessary public health requirement.
But as soon as they lifted the mask requirement, the infection numbers started to rise. No, seriously. Look. Watch the numbers rise, fall, and then .... rise again.
That's where they were when they stopped masking. And now? Exactly two weeks later?
It's almost like science is a fact.

...and so it continues for the weary service employees nationwide. As many of you know the CDC has recommended the lifting the indoor mask restrictions. However, this does not apply everywhere. Each state, town and business is still able to follow their own recommendations based on local health data and such. Massachusetts is one such state that has chosen to keep the indoor mask mandate in place a while longer. There has already been reports of customers acting hostel toward service employees in some of our local stores because they didn't have all the information. So, please, check with your local and state information before you go out. And, please, do not give the service workers a hard time about this. We've seriously had enough abuse and dealt with so much poor behavior from the public during this whole thing. Thank you.
