Sorry, the order of the speech bubbles is a bit confusing, so this is how it is read:

That was the actual reason I drew the sexy back picture. Samuel’s getting nosebleed from that sight an Varius..well... XD

I’m not certain what exactly did happen, anyway, Keni, my quarian oc, seemed to have helped Samuel in a matter - by eliminating it with a big explosion. Varius’s reaction is the usual one for he is a jealous (possible) boyfriend. xD
