One of the nazis on your post likes to pretend she's just trolling when she throws around anti-semitic slurs, btw. That's why I feel like they know they're disgusting people but think others are stupid enough to believe they were just pretending.

Is it the Wasp? Because yeah, she likes to talk about mass killing jews and uses anti-semitic slurs and then turns around and goes “why are you calling me a nazi??? Sjws call everyone who disagrees with them a nazi.” 

I blocked her and then she sent me anon hate for a little bit, which was pretty funny. But yeah you’re exactly right. I couldn’t believe that they would really say such awful things and then so vehemently deny being one. They know if they admit it than they have no leg to stand on, and that means they know that they’re awful.

Do you think their strong reaction to it is kinda-sorta proof that there might be a problem? Or not really? It kinda seems like circular logic but at the same time, they assume a hell of a lot about what you go through.

I’m not sure I’m reading this correctly but you mean a problem of social disadvantage being evident by how many people loudly deny X group deals with it?

Yeah like a lot of stuff is based in perceived advantages that really aren’t that. Like people seem to think its easier for trans guys because women can already wear men’s clothing (in the western world) without dealing with grief. Thing is that often factors into the continued belief that trans men are butch women because we dress in a similar way and (while pre HRT) have the same body type. There’s nothing we can do besides inject ourselves full of testosterone regularly for probably a couple of years before its obvious we are identify differently.

basically the idea that just because trans men aren’t assumed cross dressers based on their fashion means there couple be other ways fashion is used to remove them of their identity from from the belief trans women have the defining trans experiences. If a group deviates from it even if only by nuances people assume prejudice simply doesn’t exist. As I mentioned yesterday in a tag  the same happened many years ago with lesbians being assumed to “have it easy” because the way they experience homophobia isn’t identical to how gay men often experience it.

I’m hoping as time goes on trans masculine experience being... well really shitty and full of a lot of vocal prejudice will be better understood outside their own spaces.

Vegetables are fucking delicious. Without any cheese or anything. Broccoli, kale, brussel sprouts (my favorite)-- they’re fucking delicious. The only people who say otherwise were stupidly raised on terrible, processed food from the time they were babies and never given the opportunity to develop a proper taste palate. If they weren’t loaded with candies and processed baby food that’s filled with HFCS, then they wouldn’t have such shit taste. 

My mom brags that when she took us to the store as children (another thing not enough parents do; it’s good to show your kids how to act in public), other parents would stare in surprise when we’d all beg for vegetables like normal kids beg for candy.
