Ah, so you two have an open relationship? I just didn’t know how this would change our arrangement, if at all. I’m fine with it if Andrew hits as hard as you do.

For the most part, yes. He and I have had to hide it for so long that we've gotten used to having sex with other people to keep up appearances. Nothing will change on my end, I assure you. And he is my brother, Chuck. Of course he can. Or close to it anyways. I'll run the idea by him and see what he thinks.

Announcing the Council of Masters

Since your arrival on the island, I have monitored each of you closely and taken note of your skills and shortcomings.  I have decided to put together a council of Masters who will serve as my right hand, and retain various duties on the island concerning other Masters and the slaves. To that end, I have selected six Masters who have earned some measure of respect to serve on this council. I expect each of you to treat them with the honor they have earned.

As my firstborn son, Master Andrew Johannson has been given the title of Master Overseer. Everything that takes place here, and on the brother and sister islands, is now to be monitored by him. Any problem that he sees is to be brought to the council so that the relevant actions can be taken. If the matter is time-sensitive, he may take whatever action he feels necessary to keep the islands running smoothly. He is also to report to me on the actions of the council.

Master Hunter Clarington will receive the title of “Master Trainer” - no mere master of trainers, but a trainer of masters. When he sees a master he perceives to be either weak, inexperienced, or simply not as effective as he could be, he will step in. His goal is not to punish or chastise - Hunter - but to support and teach, in order to help each master have a satisfying experience with each slave. One hopes that these new titles and duties will provide a better outlet for your energies than those previously sought.

Mistress Santana Lopez has long held the title of “Queen of Punishment” and the duty of providing maintenance punishments to unclaimed slaves  - now, she receives the full powers to go with her title. Any unclaimed slave is hers to punish at will, and she is to offer help and advice regarding punishments to any master who asks. If a slave is so unruly as to cause discord, and a master does nothing to control it, she may intervene for the good of the island.

Conversely, Mistress Sugar Motta has been given the title of Princess of Pleasure. Many slaves arrive here as virgins, are quickly sullied and then ignored by the masters of their lack of expertise. Miss Motta will help instruct the slaves in the cells in not only the ways of sexual pleasure, but will help them learn to be generally pleasing to the masters. She is to offer help and advice to any master who requests assistance with training his slave in that area.

Due to his attention to detail in all things, I have given Master Blaine Anderson the title of Master Administrator. He will assist me in organizational matters such as processing new slaves on all three of the islands - including but not limited to placing slaves in their appropriate holding cells and assisting in completing paperwork. Master Anderson will also provide a short orientation for all new slaves on the day of their arrival to ensure a smooth transition from their previous lives to their new purpose. He will also be in charge of putting together and executing all events on the island, with the exception of events that require a judge. His administrative duties will never prohibit him from taking part in any event.

For his excellent work with damaged slaves, Master Chuck Roman has received the title of Master Controller. Every so often, Master Roman is to inspect the cells and the slaves in them, looking for damaged slaves who need his intervention. He may take whatever actions he deems necessary to prevent loss. Additionally, Master Roman is to look to the conditions of the cells and the welfare of the slaves. If they make any complaints of mistreatment by the guards, or worse than usual conditions, he is to determine if there is any merit to their whining. If so, correct the issue. If not, send Miss Lopez in to shut them up.

Each master may take appropriate actions within the bound of his own authority without requesting permission. However, any major changes to island policy should be put to a vote, which will require a 4 person majority. Ties are to be broken through discussion and compromise; do NOT bother me with your petty squabbles unless it is truly a matter which requires my attention. Now more than ever, I must attend to matters beyond the purview of the islands.

I have furnished a well-appointed council room for you not far from my office. Discuss and arrange meeting times amongst yourselves. You are to be congratulated on your new titles and distinctions.
