By now you may have heard Mistress Fabray being dragged through the courtyard to her suite. I have decided to show her some mercy and am allowing her to retain her position as Mistress and will not be demoting her to a slave, yet.
Let this be an example to you all. Conceal anything from me and you will face the same punishment.

Due to the excellent condition and attitude that my slave was in when it was returned after our latest event, I have decided to open it up for rentals.
Rentals may last anywhere from one to five days, and may be requested with the usual forms. Proper use of its name is required and it will be required to follow my rules while in your care. There will be no exceptions.
By renting it, you agree to its daily punishment and routine. I will not have my slave become lazy due to a careless Master. I expect it back in my care in proper working order unless it deserved a harsher punishment than normal.
Master Montgomery, you are forbidden from renting it nor having it in your possession at any given time.

As you may have noticed, I have brought back a slave that has been out of rotation for many months. This slave was previously taken away due to Master Montgomery's punishment but due to the lack of females, I have made the decision to bring it back.

As you may or may not be yet aware, one of our number has forcibly taken his leave. The former Master Cooper Anderson has been removed from the island in light of the lasting effects of his actions. After a brief consultation, it was determined that he is not fit for this lifestyle, nor any lifestyle. He very quickly proved himself to be mentally unstable and therefore he has been removed from the island and has arrived at his final destination, a mental rehabilitation clinic located in the island nation of Haiti.
Mark my words, I will not hesitate to put an end to any Master's time here if they show to be a security risk to the inhabitants or to this way of life.

Council of Masters
Over the past few weeks I have been monitoring all the Masters and evaluating their performance as well as their expertise when handling slaves. A few of the Masters appointed to the Council have left us leaving positions available.
Master Sebastian Smythe has been promoted to the office of Master Controller, and Mistress Quinn Fabray has been promoted to the office of Princess of Pleasure.
Now that the council is once again complete, I expect the council to hold a meeting and the minutes be on my desk within a month.

Repossession Of slave Fire Starter To Island Custody
Due to the actions of Master Wes Montgomery, he has forfeited the right to possess a claim on the island. Therefore his slave is to be repossessed by the island. Due to the current nature of the slave as shown during its punishment, it will be sent away to be fully broken before I will even so much as consider making it available for renting. Furthermore, Master Wes Mongomery is hereby stripped of all rental privileges until such a time as he has proven truly remorseful for his actions and is capable of keeping his intentions strictly relegated to his slave and rentals. At such a time, he will be required to have a minimum of three council members to vouch for his changed ways. The Caretaker

Due to a certain Master's lack of propriety and understanding of the definition of the term "someone else's property," there will be a formal public punishment taking place Tuesday at 3pm.
All Masters must attend this mandatory event. slaves in the cells will be brought to witness as well. Masters are required to bring their claims and rentals. Under no circumstances should anyone not attend.

Many of you remember a time when I took a slave for my own a few months ago. That slave was sent away once its usefulness ran its course. A few weeks back, I received a strange request from one of our more troublesome slaves.
After much heavy thought and consideration, I have decided to take on another slave. You may notice a slave has been taken out of the cells and is no longer available for rentals.
Its name has been changed to Little Whore. Any Master or slave caught using its original name will result in a punishment for the slave.
For the time being, rentals will not be permitted, however I reserve the right to allow rentals in the future.
