Salt Water Flush | Master Cleanse Diet | Detox Your Body in 10 Minutes
Colon cleansing literally means cleaning and removing the trapped toxins from your colon.
First, take 1 liter of plain drinking water in a saucepan, add 3 teaspoons of Himalayan Pink Salt or Sea Salt. Turn on the heat and let the water get warm. Add salt which is non-Iodine. It’s like drinking seawater which is not retained by your body. If you use salt with iodine, then the body will absorb it instead of flushing it out.
Keep on stirring the water until the salt is dissolved. This will take another 2-3 min.
After a few seconds, set the saucepan aside and let to cool for a bit. Slowly sip all the water, empty stomach. You will feel a bit nauseous after sipping the saltwater so lie down and rest. Within an hour you would start experiencing bowel movements and would be rushing towards the washroom, this will work like an enema.
You may have 5 or 6 bowel movements a day. These frequent bowel movements eliminate the ways that normally build up in your digestive tract. For the next few hours, you will pee and poop a lot, which means your body is going through a cleaning cycle. Your stomach, small and large intestine and colon will get cleaned. It will reduce bloating by removing air, liquid, and solids, you will see flattened.
Get enough rest during the remaining hours of the day. For this reason, it’s better to do this remedy during the weekend.
After a few hours, start having water but in the limit, say 3 to 4 glasses for the rest of the day. After 8 hours you can start eating, but eat healthy and fiber-rich foods.
Eat Vegetables and Fruits that are high in Fibre. Vegetables are highly effective in eliminating trapped waste and toxins from our colon. Fruits and vegetables that are rich in fiber help keep our colon clean by flushing out toxins regularly.
It is important to have fiber-rich fruits such as apples, raspberries, prunes, pears, etc. and vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, artichoke, peas, etc. in your daily diet.
By eating these regularly, you’re already preventing the build-up of toxins in your colon. Try to stay away from sodas and colas.
