Batman sucker punches BOTH Joker and Scarecrow in a matter of seconds, but then gets himself sucker punched by Harley Quinn and her giant spring loaded glove. That’s when Mad Hatter goes in with his mind control and they send Batman to “get rid” Robin. This is a kids book after all. So, what does he try to do?

Throw him out of the window. (I should mention it’s pretty obvious this happened on the ground floor of city hall, the rouges just crashed a costume party. At best he’d end up with a bad headache.)

Before he can even do that, Robin throws a batarang at Jervis and we’re treated to that wonderful closeup.
