12: What do YOU like the most about your ship?

BloodyLattes:

Outside of the angst, its opposites attract. Their different personalities and lives made everyone think they’d NEVER get together! Then they did. Almost by fate. Pumpkin’s the social town beauty, while Dexter’s an antisocial loner. She knows over half of the town, while he only really talks to his mom. Yet they fell in love at first sight.

Dexter gave Pumpkin more confidence about herself, boosting her self esteem. She gave him incentive to finally seek counseling for his needs, and make friends with others. They both bring out the good in each other. If it wasn’t for Dexter’s disappearance, they would’ve married fast. 

But he did. Dexter suddenly didn't come back from a job one day, and Pumpkin was heartbroken. She never knew the true reason until after Michelle’s death. She clung onto hope. She prayed he’d come back. But he didn’t. And then her mother-in-law died. Killing all of the hope she had left. 

Their story isn’t complete. We don’t know at the moment if Dexter gets a happy ending. But I never knew I’d love tragic lovers until they came along. I love their dynamic and tragedy, and maybe they’ll get their happy ending. 

MysteryMovies:

You can never go wrong with a golden retriever and black cat ship. But my favorite thing about this ship is how sickeningly sweet it is, yet it is at a huge risk of falling apart because of outer forces constantly. 

Mars was raised isolated, then in a cult before escaping. She hasn’t had this kind of love and care in forever. Her boyfriend’s optimism and smile brightens her entire life… but Mars’s work puts her at risk. She is constantly in life or death situations. She is high on the cult’s target list. 

Radford is a goofy guy! But he’s not JUST that. He has his own struggles and insecurities like any other human being. He wants to express his true feelings without feeling stupid or putting up a happy front, and Mars is the only one who gives him the space to. She makes him feel heard. 

They both give each other such love and support. They think of each other as soulmates. But it can be ripped apart at any moment. So they’re savoring every second.

11. Do you have a favourite soundtrack/music from the animated series?

OHH! Good question! :3

I would have to say the newest soundtrack (Sm 6) perfectly fits the mood whenever said music plays. I found myself listening to the soundtrack WEEKS after it came out, I just love it to bits!!!

I’ll be honest I didn’t like the new episode because the church man has forcing skid and pump to change and telling them candy is bad and he insulted Lila by telling her she was drinking and she was sad

I see where you’re coming from, but I have to disagree.

Gregor has good intentions, but sometimes bad execution. So far he’s really one of the only ones to actually stand up against the cult/any demon besides Jack and John. Even if he is old fashioned, he does genuinely care for Skid and Pump. Hell he even did the spooky month dance with them at one point-

As much as I adore Lila, her actions haven’t been the best. She constantly throws Skid on Susie and Mr Wonder, a teenager and elderly man, and lets Skid run free around town by himself. I hope she takes Gregors criticism, although harsh, and changes for the better. Lila is going through a lot, but this is the third episode in a row he’s been in danger because of her not paying attention to him.
