Now I'm wondering how we're going to arrange this >> Who counts as Major? Who Minor? How often do you have to front to be considered major and how long do you have to be inactive to be demoted to minor? I realize these questions are probably unanswerable by anyone but us but nonetheless

Also pondering the inclusion of someone from a fictive source who seems compatible and would make a good guardian of sorts (and occasionally rattles around). I like the way you describe everyone in tiers. Ever since my husband's diagnosis we notice he has a similar system. A few main fronters make up one tier and the others who exist primarily inside make up the other! :)

Seriously? :0 Well, like I said up there, I guess it's not unheard of to have groups like that.
The cool thing is that that's actually why we adopted "Arcana" as our name-- besides the fact that it fit the more "arcane" facets of our system, teehee, it also happened to be the closest analogy. Also, at that point there were more Minor than Major fronters at the time we picked it... actually, that might still hold true.
I wanna see if I can map each of us to a tarot card someday. >DDDD
