Six years ago, I crafted my wooden fortress piece in Miami-Dade College, winning first place in the 3-D category. Two years later, I made sketch ideas to create a wooden ship within my first year of FIU and sculpture, which would become the Enigmatic Angel Shield. For this creation, I utilized many linear pieces of my old treehouse for the outer body, making the two-decade material become renewed. I covered the detrimental surfaces with cardboard and DVD cases. Taking in what was noted from my last piece, I used more materials than just sticking towards cardboard and wood. It was necessary to provide more purpose to discarded items and materials.
