spent all day reviewing all of precal and calc, and i mean that.

i asked my mom for one of her vyvanse. i worked for a minimum 7 hours straight through. haven't properly hyperfocused in a whole, I felt like a well-oiled machine. I was lowkey having fun. math bender 💊.

studying to take my math placement exam some time this weekend. I really hope I'm allowed to take calc 3 this semester.

I couldn't remember the Pythagorean identities for my trig quiz. So what did I do? I drew a triangle, found all 6 trig functions for it, and reverse engineered the identities into the format I knew I needed.

This is why I love math tbh. There's logic and pattern behind everything they give you. If you figure out the pattern, it's not number soup anymore but a System You Control. We made numbers as they are so they can do what we made them to do: to find logic and patterns in everything.

Not to sound like that math teacher in Persona 3, but Numbers Are Beautiful and I Love Them and I wish more people would come to Appreciate all they can do.
