Prey (2017) might be an psychological horror in space to you, to me it's a (terribly fucked up) workplace drama simulator and i somehow cannot get these worst ever corpo rats out of my mind
it's pretty obvious to anybody who played the game that Bellamy's ethics are questionable as hell, but in case you didn't catch what the other two bastards did
Kohl: - is a condescending little shit, especially to people who seek him out for counseling, for shit and giggles apparently - violates the fuck out of that doctor/patient confidentiality also for shit and giggles just to gossip with his bestie (and he calls Bellamy "Syl", nobody calls him Syl, even Morgan calls him Sylvain, and Morgan winked at him in the very same email, how do these middle aged men write work emails i have NO idea) - loves the Rorschach/inkblot tests (they are unreliable at best and pseudoscience at, well, nowhere near at worst), and it's likely because of his influence that Bellamy has incorporated them into Morgan's behaviour test
DeVries: - is chief surgeon, literally runs the station's only medical facility - would happily torture the only counselor on the station if Alex says so, no question asked - (if that is not already worse than all the things Kohl has done?? he's a physician why is he torturing a colleague he works with on a daily basis?? but the homoeroticism is strong with this one i'll admit, for whatever reason he dragged Kohl to his own suite in Crew Quarters and tortured him there, not just tie him up in somewhere secluded on the station. did he get Kohl to voluntarily come to his suite? hello?? the possibilities are endless)
