A Walk in the Park (closed - Mathis & Hazel)
She'd put in to take a day trip to London ages ago...she had a few people she needed to see, and a few shops to visit for specific reasons. Mostly gifts for friends and supplies for her personal kitchen stash. And a bit of window-shopping at the more fashionable clothing stores was never a bad thing...this year's spring styles were lovely.
She'd put down for the full day, and she would have it in this familiar city. She remembered walking, walking, walking...walking whenever and wherever she could when she had first arrived here, forcing herself to learn the streets rather than trusting to the cabs and the Tube. The morning had been wonderful, her brother and sister had joined her for an early lunch, and she had the entire afternoon to shop before her supper reservation at her old workplace.
