Had a great Florida wildlife adventure recently with @forgotten_boneyard @spiassek & @rrooney666 a couple days ago. We saw a snapping turtle, otters, a pack of wild boar, countless different crabs, countless birds and fish & lots of mating horseshoe crab pileups! I always prefer real Florida over crowded beaches & tourist traps any day. The day started out sunny and ended in a gorgeous ghostly fog surrounded the beach island we were on. _ We also picked up more trash than our bag could handle. Please, when you go out for a day somewhere take you trash home with you. I was disgusted to find a whole family’s lunch waste from the day blowing all over the beach into the water. Shameful. _ Video is a pair of mating horseshoe crabs heading back into deeper water. There were a few pairs but most were 3 or more piled up together. One female had 4 suitors. One photo has eight horseshoe crabs in it!
