I feel like post TKM Neil and Andrew are hanging out when Matt barges into his room and drags Neil away leaving Dan and Andrew. It's the first time the two of them are alone and Dan trying to extend and olive branch showed Andrew some pictures she took of Neil. Andrew is dismissive and says "pictures are useless I can see Neil anytime" but Dan being Dan says "it's something real" she tells him how she prints out pictures and puts them up as physical memories. Andrew dismisses it and Matt comes back in but two things change. Andrew still hides from the camera most of the time but when he notices Dan he lets it go and he opens up the camera app on his phone for the first time.
