Lauren Ambrose & The Leisure Class playing our first show, Joe's Pub, NYC. The band never made it out of our infancy, and only really played a handful of shows, we always had a lot of fun playing. My real regret is not having recorded anything with this collective.

Middle Distance, left to right: Matt Downing (bass) Matt's got a number of groups, The Lucky Five being my favorite, Andy Bean (banjo) Andy's always keeping busy with The Two Man Gentlemen Band, and Lauren Ambrose (singing) I likely don't have to fill you in about Lauren.
Background Men, left to right: Myself (drums), Lyon Graulty (tenor sax, clarinet) Lyon has since migrated to the warmer climes of Austin, TX where he plays with any number of groups including the Thrift Set Orchestra, he also makes a line of guitar effects pedals under the name, Station Audio, Kip Beacco (clarinet) Kip keeps busy with The Lucky Five.
Playing with this group was truly a pleasure, and led to some of my favorite musical experiences.
