10 minute stop-motion piece which I shot in the summer of 2009, using space and equipment kindly leased to me by The Engine Room, Bridgwater. The sound was put together by Matt Loveridge, and the direction, animation and editing was done by myself, Barnaby Dixon.

NEW IN THE DEATHBOMB WEBSTORE!
Matt Loveridge, formerly of Beak>, is back with one of his many solo projects. Knife Library focuses on classical instrumentation wrangled into deep, dark, psychedelic compositions. Layers of dissonant vocals, piano, strings, drums, and more come together not unlike Current 93. Or for those of you with really deep Deathbomb knowledge, like Creepy Crawly Claw. In other words, simply amazing. GRAB IT HERE!!!
Matt also performs as MXLX and Fairhorns. He is a member of DRWG w/ Signor Benedick The Moor, John Dieterich, and Brian Kinsman.

E c’è l’evento Facebook, QUA.

DEATHBOMB TRACK OF THE DAY: ROSE FOR BOHDAN "DIET OF WORMS"
Inspired by the teaser for Matt Loveridge's new metal band Speed The Plough, I've dug back to this usually overlooked Rose For Bohdan song. An outtake from the 4th album, 'Decoration Monster', in 2004, this song was actually recorded in 1999. Marching bass, 707 beat, blown out vocals, a bit of IDM manipulation, and some simple record scratching. Hard not to remember that Limp Bizcuit had similar arrangements around this time. Perhaps that is why it ended up being an outtake... questionably tasteless? Maybe, but I still think it's pretty fun.... and definitely strange song even for Rose For Bohdan's diverse catalog.

Anyone that loved the deep metal sound of the song "Warlock" on Foot Village's recent album 'Make Memories' will be very excited by this little teaser film here. Matt Loveridge (from Beak>, Fairhorns) is the main man responsible for that "Warlock" sound and this teaser promises nothing less for his new project Speed The Plough. Enjoy fuckers!
