Almeida Theatre, American Psycho
Stage directions: A mix of hardened Whovians and hot-blooded females who appreciate the male torso.
The script: All very civilised, with queuers sharing recommendations of where to get the best almond croissant in Islington (Euphorium) and plans to go to John Salt for cocktails afterwards. Of course there’s the obligatory Doctor Who chat, too. If you want to learn the lesser-known facts about the Tardis, this is the place.
Waiting time after the show: Half an hour. Smith doesn’t always do photos but is terribly apologetic about it and signs most things. Staff keep close tabs on him to prevent any trouble.
I like the idea of "The Matt Pack"...
