I don’t think about zombie stuff much but there’s one thing that always sticks with me and that’s people would want their hair to be short because long hair would be risky as a zombie could grab it. Not sure why I’m telling you this but I am.
Very true, you don't want anything grabby hands could get hold off - hair, clothes, bags, all risky! At least have your hair in a tight bun or plaits or something.
There's a scene about it in The Walking Dead game if you haven't played that, you can choose whether or not to give little Clem a haircut and it may or may not have consequences later :)
Luckily Kiran, Max and Abby all have relatively short hair so they're safe... in that respect at least
Emotions are a curious thing. They are hard to express properly. It is kind of scary to feel them if they have been numb for a while.
I brought you a rock.
It's uh.. look very study rock, thanks.
I brought you a rock.
“Th-thanks...”
@maudyoulook continued from here.
“Boulder?” Steven looked at the little rock she had pulled out, and he couldn’t help but smile a little. Whether that was her pet or a friend remained to be seen. Either way, Steven wouldn’t judge. He thought it was sweet that Maud had a connection like that. Kind of like Onion, but... less Oniony.
“Well, it’s nice to meet you, Boulder,” Steven said. “I’d sure hope it’s not stuck up. Wait... you can tell what it was disguised to look like just at a glance?” Steven was surprised by that much. Most Gems, at least before the secret of who his mother was had come out to everyone, would look at it at a glance and just see a rose quartz. So Maud must have been special, he decided. Either that, or she knew a lot about rocks.
“‘Cause you aren’t wrong. My mom, Pink Diamond, disguised herself as Rose Quartz for a long time. It’s... kind of complicated.”
You make a cute statue.
