If you ain’t got the power to do it alone, we’ll be there to back you up! So no more of this talk about you going to do stuff on your own! 

We are determined. We are ready.

We will accept whatever this path brings, no matter what.

Even if we hit a dead end, even if we’re heading straight for a cliff, we’ll still continue down the path we believe in.

We’ll do it on our own two feet, together with our friends. So wherever this path may take us, let us go together.

"They did what?!?!??!" Screeched the tiny Gem, completely mortified by the randomly dropped factoid. Instinctively, Black Star went to comfort Lapis. Tiny arms wrapped around Lapis's torso while tears formed in Black Star's eyes. "That's.. that's horrible."

Lapis held Black Star closer, all the while still stunned by what she had learned. How could people use gems to make something like paint? Apparently it wasn't a technique that was used for paint anymore, which was good, but the fact that it had been done at all...

"Some artists really decided 'Hey, I want some super blue paint. Oh, I know, I'll use lapis, an egg, and wine!'" She shuddered. "Why were humans like this?"

PSA regarding a Recent String of Anons

So there's at least one user going around, they're sending anonymous messages that are typically disgusting or cruel to those who have the Anonymous feature on. They tag URLs in them, but the anons are more than likely NOT coming from the url being tagged. This is especially true if you're not following or mutuals with the blog in question.

Be careful. The best course of action you can take, rather than answering the anons is to REPORT and BLOCK them. Tumblr will take it from there so long as enough people report and block the anonymous messages. The real culprit WILL eventually get caught.

Just wanted to add, as someone who does follow and has talked to the person being tagged in those asks.

It's true, the person being tagged in the asks is not the person sending the asks. Someone who doesn't like the content in their muse's backstory is harassing them by making multiple accounts and spam reblogging any posts they make and trying to send anons to people while tagging them so people can report them.

The person who owns the blog in question is being heavily effected by this and it's very much mentally draining them. PLEASE do block and if you can, report the anon, not the blog they have tagged in the ask.

PSA for New Users/Blank Blogs/Ageless Blogs

If you keep getting blocked from content creator blogs there are three major reasons and ways to fix them.

🚩🚩🚩This is a Huge RED flag!🚩🚩🚩

1. Update your avatar. Anything besides the default picture.

2. Update your blog title and description. Add your age range, Minor, or 18+ to the blog title/description. "Untitled" is a red flag that you are a bot. Something as simple as "Here for the fanfic! 18+" will do it.

3. Reblog or post something to let us know you aren't just a bot. You can reblog some of your favorite content or make a post that just says "Human. Please don't block me!"

Please respect others' boundaries. If a blog says they are 18+, don't follow them if you are a minor. If a blog posts things you aren't interested in, unfollow or block them.

Most of all, be kind. Kindness costs nothing and means everything.
