Finally I realized who I picture as my fan-cast for Discworld’s Lord Vetinari.
The guy who plays Mavic Chen and Tobias Vaughan from Classic Doctor Who (Kevin Stoney).
Maybe not as skinny as Vetinari’s supposed to be but I feel like his personality in both of these roles absolutely nails it.
