Sunny side here, rainy side there... Hey folks, how could these colourful beauties along the trail be forgotten? Mawlyngbna is house to a lot of colourful #butterflies, then #snails are in abundance here, the snails here have emerald studded on their backs 😉, people do eat snails too, you can see some crazy and scarry looking #spiders too, but this guy agreed to pose for me and flowers are everywhere, even in the wild you can see lots and lots of them. Morning views like these are the best things to wake up to... This is the view from the guesthouse and the interesting part is the ocean appearing in the photo is not actually a water body but that's Bangladesh which is drowned by the downpour... A new Morning, a new place and greeted to a totally new experience Sleeping late and waking up early had already become a routine and made acquaintance with rains by now as they were always around the corner when reached #mawlyngbna Huge respect comes within when you take a walk to the villages in Meghalaya for the residents, rules made here are to follow, dust bins placed are meant to be used actually, areas marked for specific purposes are to be used for those purposes only, rain or no rain every student should attend school...
