Okay but for some reason I like the idea of Max and Nancy having a relationship similar to Dustin and Steve’s. Like I imagine Max admiring how Nancy is take no bullshit and she asks Nancy to teach her how to shoot and Nancy realizes just how smart and funny and open-minded this kid is despite all she’s been through and makes it her duty to make sure Max has someone older who cares about her wellbeing & she takes Max under her wing and sometimes Max will visit the Wheelers house just to see Nancy
