A year and a half ago or so, I was experiencing severe back pain and sciatic nerve pain. I have a decent tolerance for pain. I've run marathons. I practiced martial arts for a good third of my life. But the lack of regular exercise that comes with having a second baby, the stress of work, and years of hits and a few car accidents had caught up with me. I couldn't focus and I wasn't able to lift my girls without grunting. A co-worker recommended a chiropractor. I admit I was skeptical, but he's a no nonsense guy with a finely tuned BS detector, so I gave it a shot. I'm so grateful I did. Dr. Rob took a holistic approach to fixing my back and worked with me to make payments affordable when the insurance wouldn't cover more visits. I had an appointment today and I was struck again how big of a difference it's made in my life. And more importantly what a difference it's made in my girls lives.
