Is there any chance you're thinking of the epilogue for unbreakable by xemmaloveskillianx? The rest of the story is Killian leaves Storybrooke with Emma when Pans curse hits but the epilogue is a little time travel adventure with Hook ending up in the future meeting the CS daughter Lily?
