Chick is reading this guy, too. Mostly because there's no C's patterned on that puffy green coat, and a guy who carries himself like this one does doesn't particularly look like a Chick Hicks fan, or like he'd be into racing.
Doesn't mean Chick can't shoot his shot. "NOPE. My first rodeo, right here. Unless you've spotted any Chick Hicks impersonators around." He pauses. "That's me, by the way." His finger sweeps across the yellow-thread sewn name on his jacket. "Chick Hicks."
He intensely looks down at the shorter man like that name irrefutably has to draw some kind of recognition.
