#1 PARTS OF MY LIFE IN MUSIC HISTORY
I must visit music schools when I was young. I was ‘forced’ to start my hobby-‘carrier’ as a musician by my parents but I’ve never expected that parts of that education will influence my todays passion for music so dramatically. I had to learn organ. Boahhh-Wohaaa. It was ok but I never was really interested to get it learned. All of a sudden electronic keyboards from Yamaha or Roland came to my attention. I was born in the 70′s (1976). I grow up with computers and computer programing. Keyboards and Computers that is something what have awoke my full attention and it was clear that I tend to follow that technology in my life. Additionally I had different other hobbies such as modeled air planes. It was not clear that this random interest disaster will influence my future dramatically. More or less by accident as well, I have learned in a music instrument store, my first profession, as a music instrument sales merchant manager. Thanks god my 8 years career at music school had suddenly a sense :-). During this time and my free time, I was introduced into the early electronic techno scene (1991). Incredible, I visited- and spend my time in my early years in well known clubs around Stuttgart. I started with 15 clubbing! I don’t know how I could survive but I did and truest friends surrounded and protected me. They showed me how real life is like. I did all this and it was great. Today I’m 40 years old. I had up’s and down’s but it seems I had protecting angles which saved my life and I can currently just say thanks for everything what life offered so far. Today, I’m very interested in the experience other people made with electronic music and I would like to remember reading books of legends and icons like Max Mathews (1926-2011) and John Chowning.
