(completely forgot to respond to this, i'm so sorry) Sometimes he looks really good, I think he looks lovely in his various suit sets, but so many of his not-suit outfits are so ugly that they become cute. Like his haircuts. His last Avenger Academy haircut is atrocious, but also I think it's really adorable. Sure thing Otto, you can have your bangs cut into a V shape on your forehead, cut the sides of your head really short, and then put the rest in a messy little bun!
