The thing you need to know about gnort is that, well okay he is jar jar binks. I’ve been defending him but he is jar jar but he doesn’t have the word speech patterns. Aerious question, what character arc would you write for G’nort?
The thing is it’s gnort and like at the end of the day he was created to be a stock comedy character and there’s only so much you can do with that. However, so you know how at least early on in his career he didn’t actually have a green lantern ring, he was given one that looked and functioned very similarly so that he could discredit the green lanterns. I say we bring that back but have his ring taken away and he’s stranded on some random planet and his quest is to get a real ring back initially so he can leave the planet but also he grows to care about the planet and it’s people and he only gets a ring when he wants to protect it. Also fuck it make him a sapphire! He’s got nothing but love to give! So switch out him getting a ring because he can overcome great fear, which uh he cannot, but give him a ring because he does nothing but care
