As far as I know, there's no scanlation of Chapter 21, and I haven't translated it yet. Sorry :( If you don't have the raws though, you can find Chinese scans of the chapter here, and I'll try to write a summary of the chapter sometime in the next couple of weeks.

that chapter proved that Youichi has beautiful hair <3 <3 <3 … again we need to wait for two months to see some improvement the storyline(Sakurai moving to Kansai) and in their relation(Well all those scenes we wanna see should be there XD)

Definitely looking forward to those scenes ^//^ and omg yes his HAIR (the whole shower scene was pretty much beautiful... and he's so cute when he ties his hair up). I'm also anticipating Shota comforting/knocking some sense into Fujimoto in the next chapter too.
