"I have two possible choices for you, either the Common Cockchafer or the Goblin Shark
You choose which (if either) gets a poll"

Saw those idiots flying in my backyard last week. The silliest bugs I've ever saw irl
female cockchafer sketchhh
i started a more technical one but that's for later. enjoy the fur on this lady for now :)
I've already posted my elytrians of End dimension not so long ago, but now is time for... Their redesign!
Here are Chafers. They are only 160 cm tall and their main habitats are caves (both naturally formed and dug by the beetles themselves). Their main activity is resource extraction and agriculture. Also, they prefer not to participate in any kinds of wars and conflicts.
They have two pelts: regular (dark, works as everyday camouflage) and one for courtship (fluorescent).
And here are two of my OCs of this specie: Seru and Justus!
Seru is an ambassador. She works hard for everyone and makes up good, but difficult to implement ideas. As a result, thanks to her stubbornness, she managed to redirect the chafers' community from one trade-union line to another, more profitable one (even at the cost of a peace and her own workplace).
Justus is a postman. If your parcel is delayed, he is not to blame, because he is engaged in urgent transportation of heavy cargo. He does not do anything bad and works quietly, as typical chafer.
