It is not enough to know and resonate with these statements within the comforts of your safe spaces and accountability circles. There must also be a call to action that fosters room for change. This begins with having real conversations. We have to start listening if change is really a collective priority- specifically in(but not limited to) Baltimore City where much of the injustice faced by Black and brown people is insidious and historically rooted in the fabric of the city.
